Seattle winger Steve Zakuani says that he wanted to face the Los Angeles Galaxy all along

The Supporters’ Shield winning LA Galaxy are not a team necessarily in search of bulletin board material. But they got some anyway.


That’s because Seattle Sounders winger Steve Zakuani says he specifically wanted a piece of the Galaxy in the first round of the playoffs. He says the Sounders “owe them one” after two regular-season losses to the Galaxy.
