Watch the U.S. team with the Metros

Come support the U.S. national team in their World Cup qualifying match against Guatemala Wednesday night at Mulligan's Irish Pub on 159 1st Street in Hoboken, N.J.


Wednesday's game, which will be played at Legion Field in Birmingham, Ala., marks the first of five qualifiers in this round to be played in the United States. Currently, the U.S. record stands at 1-1, having defeated Trinidad and Tobago on Feb. 9 and losing to Mexico, 2-1, on Sunday.


Guatemala, led by Los Angeles Galaxy striker Carlos Ruiz, stands at 1-0-1, with a victory over Trinidad and Tobago and a draw with Panama.


In six meetings between the two clubs on U.S. soil, the United States owns an unblemished 6-0-0 record.
