D.C. United press conference on RFK field transition postponed

WASHINGTON, DC - D.C. United announced this morning, Monday, April 4, that the press conference scheduled for 11:00 AM at RFK Stadium has been postponed due to scheduling conflicts with the principles involved.

The press conference, which was set to discuss the logistics of the field transition from baseball to soccer, will be held at a yet-to-be-determined future date.

D.C. United continues preparation for Wednesday night's game (April 6, 7:30 PM) with Pumas UNAM of Mexico in the CONCACAF Champions Cup semi-final round. The soccer field will remain in place for United's home opener, set for Saturday (April 9, 7:30 PM) versus the Chicago Fire.
