The US men's national team will close out its 2012 slate with a trip to Russia for an international friendly on Nov. 14, the US Soccer Federation announced on Thursday.
The game will take place in the city of Krasnodar, near the Black Sea in southwest Russia, and is set for a 10 am ET kickoff with a live broadcast on ESPN2, ESPN3.com and Univision Deportes.

This will be the first meeting between the two teams since April 26, 2000, when Russia defeated the United States 2-0 in Moscow. The US have never beaten the Russians, holding an 0-2-2 record against them dating back to Feb. 1993.
Russia, coached by renowned Italian manager Fabio Capello, hold a perfect 4-0-0 record in their 2014 World Cup qualifying group, having recently defeated Portugal and Azerbaijan to keep their qualifying campaign on track. This will be Capello's second time facing the US in three years, as he was also at the helm of England when the two sides faced off in the 2010 World Cup.
