- FC Dallas lose vs. Sporting KC AND ...
- San Jose tie vs. Portland
- If Colorado win by 2 goals, tiebreaker will be goals scored (COL: 57, SJ: 51).
FC Dallas
FC Dallas will clinch a berth in the Audi MLS Cup Playoffs if:
- FC Dallas win vs. Sporting KC
- – OR –
- FC Dallas tie vs. Sporting KC AND ...
- San Jose lose or tie vs Portland
- – OR –
- San Jose lose vs Portland AND ...
- Colorado lose or tie vs LAFC
Portland Timbers
Portland will clinch a berth in the Audi MLS Cup Playoffs if:
- Portland win or tie vs. San Jose
- – OR –
- FC Dallas lose or tie vs. Sporting KC
San Jose Earthquakes
San Jose will clinch a berth in the Audi MLS Cup Playoffs if:
- San Jose win vs Portland
