NEW YORK (Wednesday, Nov. 9, 2022) – U.S. Soccer today announced the 26-man United States Men’s National Team roster for the 2022 FIFA World Cup, which features a combined 18 current MLS players, former MLS players, and players that spent time in an MLS academy. Highlighting the group are MLS Cup champion and Los Angeles Football Club midfielder Kellyn Acosta, MLS Young Player of the Year and FC Dallas forward Jesús Ferreira, and four-time MLS Best XI defender Walker Zimmerman of Nashville SC.
