MLS Season Pass Will Provide Enhanced Coverage for the 2023 MLS All-Star Game and All-Star Skills Challenge vs. Arsenal FC at Audi Field in Washington, DC

NEW YORK (July 10, 2023) – MLS Season Pass will provide enhanced coverage from Audi Field in Washington, D.C. July 18 and 19 when the MLS All-Stars take on Arsenal FC, the renowned 13-time English league champions, in the 2023 MLS All-Star Game and MLS All-Star Skills Challenge presented by AT&T 5G. Both events will be broadcast in English, Spanish, and French and feature more than 25 cameras, including AT&T Player Cams, as well as live pregame and postgame shows from inside Audi Field. Fans around the world can watch both events for free exclusively on MLS Season Pass on the Apple TV app or online at tv.apple.com.

The MLS All-Star Skills Challenge will take place Tuesday, July 18 and will feature 10 players from nine different MLS teams facing 10 players from Arsenal in five different events, including shooting, passing, touch, cross & volley, and the crossbar challenge. The full roster as well as the events they are competing in is here. Several players will be wearing AT&T Player Cams to give fans an up close and personal view of the action.

The English-language broadcast for the MLS All-Star Skills Challenge will feature Jake Zivin, Taylor Twellman, and Kaylyn Kyle in the booth, and Jillian Sakovits reporting from the sidelines. Jorge Perez-Navarro, Marcelo Balboa, and Tony Cherchi will call the event in Spanish, while Rodolfo Landeros covers the sidelines. Frederic Lord and Vincent Destouches will broadcast in French.

The 2023 MLS All-Star Game will be played on Wednesday, July 19 and will feature a MLS roster selected through a combination of fan, player, and media voting, designations by All-Star head coach Wayne Rooney of host club D.C. United, and multiple selections by MLS Commissioner Don Garber. Nineteen of the 28 players will be making their MLS All-Star Game debut. Additionally, 18 MLS clubs are represented and will feature MLS All-Stars from 16 different countries.

MLS Season Pass will provide a 1-hour pregame show from the field for the MLS All-Star Game, featuring Kyle, Liam McHugh, Sacha Kljestan, and Bradley Wright-Phillips in English, and Cherchi, Landeros, and Diego Valeri in Spanish. Maurice Edu will join Zivin and Twellman in the booth and Valeri will head upstairs to call the match in Spanish with Perez-Navarro and Balboa. Sakovits and Landeros will work as sideline reporters in English and Spanish, respectively. Lord and Detouches will handle the French broadcast. In addition to aerial camera coverage creating unique perspectives, the referee will also wear the AT&T Ref Cam during the match, bringing fans inside the game during pivotal moments.
