MLS Disciplinary Committee suspends Luis Garrido, Dwayne De Rosario and Igor Juliao

The MLS Disciplinary Comittee has suspended three players for their involvement in separate incidents during Week 32, it was announced Thursday.


Houston Dynamo midfielder Luis Garrido was fined and handed a one-game suspension for his tackle on Lee Nguyen in the 25th minute of the Dynamo's 2-1 loss to the New England Revolution on Oct. 16, deemed to be serious foul play that endangered the safety of an opponent (VIDEO).


Toronto FC attacker Dwayne De Rosario was also fined and handed a one-game suspension for endangering the safety of an opponent in the fourth minute of second-half stoppage time for an incident with the Montreal Impact's Hassoun Camara during the teams' match on Oct. 18 (VIDEO).


Finally, Sporting Kansas City defender Igor Juliao was handed a fine and one-game suspension for serious foul play that endangered the safety of Philadelphia Union forward Andrew Wenger in the 55th minute of the Union's win on Oct. 18 (VIDEO).
