WASHINGTON, D.C. - Major League Soccer Commissioner Don Garber will give his annual State-of-the-League address to members of the media on Friday, Nov. 16 at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. as the League prepares to hold it's 12th championship game, MLS Cup 2007, in the nation's capital.
The Houston Dynamo and New England Revolution will meet in the league's championship match, MLS Cup 2007, on Sunday, Nov. 18 at Noon ET at RFK Memorial Stadium in Washington, D.C.
