MLS Announces Broadcast Schedule for Audi 2023 MLS Cup Playoffs Conference Semifinals

NEW YORK (Sunday, November 12, 2023) – Major League Soccer today announced the match schedule and broadcast details for the Audi 2023 MLS Cup Playoffs Eastern and Western Conference Semifinals.

Following the Round One Best-of-3 Series, eight teams, four from each conference have advanced to the Conference Semifinals. To date, the higher seed has advanced in six of the eight Best-of-3 Series matches. No. 3 Columbus Crew is tied one match apiece in their Best-of-3 Series with No. 6 Atlanta United with the decisive Game 3 currently underway on MLS Season Pass. No. 8 Sporting Kansas City is the only lower seed thus far to defeat a higher seed. SKC topped No. 1 seed St. Louis CITY SC in two games to advance to their first Conference Semifinal appearance since 2018.

The semifinal round will be played as Conference doubleheaders with two Eastern Conference matches on Saturday, Nov. 25 and two Western Conference matches on Sunday, Nov. 26.

Conference Semifinals, Conference Finals, and MLS Cup presented by Audi are contested as single-elimination matches. If the score is tied at the end of regulation, two 15-minute extra time periods will be played in their entirety. If the score is still tied at the end of the two extra time periods, teams will participate in kicks from the penalty spot to determine the winner.
