Montero joins Vancouver


After days of rumors and reports, former Seattle Sounders star Fredy Montero will officially be joining Cascadia rivals Vancouver Whitecaps ahead of the 2017 season. Dempsey nearing full fitness


After missing Seattle's 2016 MLS Cup run due to a heart condition, Sounders star Clint Dempsey now says he's "85-90%" back to full fitness. The veteran worked 30 minutes in his preseason comeback and 45 in the following contest, and says he'll keep upping his workload to get ready for the new season. READ MORE


Davis retires a Dynamo


Brad Davis, who stands third on the all-time league assists chart, has inked a one-day deal with Houston so he can retire as a Dynamo. The St. Louis native also played with the MetroStars, Dallas, San Jose and Sporting KC, but spent 10 of his 15 MLS seasons in the Bayou City. READ MORE
