Dynamo sendoff a success

HOUSTON, TX - The sendoff rally for the Houston Dynamo was a complete success, as over 200 people attended the event this morning at City Hall.


"We are very proud of our Dynamo. We wish them all the luck in the world as they travel to Frisco, and hope they bring home a new championship to the City of Houston", said Mayor Bill White.


"We wish to thank Mayor White and the City of Houston for their support throughout this season. We feel very confident that we will play a great game at MLS Cup. Hopefully, we will be able to bring back the trophy", said Dynamo President and General Manager Oliver Luck.


Defenders Craig Waibel, Kelly Gray, and Ryan Cochrane, Forwards Alejandro Moreno and Paul Dalglish, Midfielders Brad Davis, Brian Mullan, and Stuart Holden, and Goalkeeper Zach Wells were present at the evet, hosted by noted sportscaster Glenn Davis. Dynamo President and General Manager Oliver Luck, City of Houston Mayor Bill White, and City of Houston Councilmember Adrian Garcia were also in attendance.
