The Canadian U-17 national team completed group play in the 2019 Concacaf U-17 Championship with a 4-0 win over Barbados on Monday in Bradenton, Fla.

Jacen Russell-Rowe opened the scoring for Canada, and a Barbados own goal off a Simon Colyn free kick gave Les Rouges a 2-0 lead at the break. Kamron Habibullah added to the goals in the second half, and Jeremie Omeonga wrapped up the scoring for the victors.

Canada are looking to book a place in the U-17 World Cup for the first time since 2013. They will play Curacao in the Round of 16 on Thursday, and must reach the semifinal round to book their place in the 2019 U-17 World Cup, which will take place in Brazil later this year.
