Team of the Week presented by Audi: In Week 14, parity is the name of the game

Major League Soccer has never been bereft of surprises. But after some particularly unexpected results over the weekend, the result is one of the more balanced rosters of the season in the MLS Team of the Week Presented by Audi for Week 14.

Some 13 clubs placed players on the 18-man roster from the weekend's 12 matches, with five different teams receiving two selections.

That's not to say there weren't any familiar faces. Seattle's Jordan Morris, Philadelphia's Kacper Przybylko and New York City's Anton Tinnerholm have been regular fixtures this season. But the love was also spread around, with Alexandru Mitrita, Tom Barlow and Andrew Putna among those making breakout performances in what have been uneven seasons for their respective clubs.

Team of the Week (3-4-3, right to left): Andrew Putna (RSL) - Richie Laryea (TOR), Anton Tinnerholm (NYC), Kyle Duncan (RBNY) - Cristian Roldan (SEA), Jackson Yueill (SJ), Alexandru Mitrita (NYC), Jordan Morris (SEA) - Gustavo Bou (NE), Tom Barlow (RBNY), Kacper Przybylko (PHI)

Coach: Greg Vanney (TOR)

Bench: Bobby Shuttleworth (CHI) - Reto Ziegler (DAL), Anthony Fontana (PHI), Fabian Herbers (CHI), Mauricio Pereyra (ORL), Felipe Mora (POR), Daniel Rios (NSH)

The Team of the Week presented by Audi is voted on by the editorial staff.
