Toronto FC sign forward Jordan Perruzza to Homegrown contract

Toronto FC have signed forward Jordan Perruzza to a Homegrown contract, effective beginning with the 2021 season. Perruzza is the 24th Homegrown signing in club history. 


Perruzza, 19, has scored 17 goals in 28 appearances with Toronto FC II in USL League One. He was nominated for USL League One Young Player of the Year in 2019 and has represented the Canadian U-20 national team. 


“Jordan is a talented young striker that we are excited to add to the first team,” GM Ali Curtis said in a club statement. “Last year, he was excellent with TFC II. He’s aggressive, skillful with the ball, and has a knack for scoring goals.”
