It's a quick turnaround for Round 2 between FC Dallas and LAFC with the scene shifting to Toyota Stadium in Frisco after LAFC won 2-0 at Banc of California Stadium Thursday night.

Carlos Vela tacked onto his league-leading total with his 13th goal in 13 games in the 39th minute after clanging an earlier attempt off the crossbar. Diego Rossi added a late equalizer off a feed from Adama Diomande, a goal that was overturned by Video Review after the initial decision was offside.

While Supporters' Shield-leading LAFC (8-1-3) extended an unbeaten streak to five matches, FC Dallas (5-4-2) dropped their third in a row and hope to avoid consecutive home defeats on Sunday after losing to the New York Red Bulls at Toyota Stadium last Saturday.

FC Dallas won the lone meeting in Frisco with Reto Ziegler and Roland Lamah scoring in each half in a 2-1 victory in June against an LAFC side that ended with 10 men when Jordan Harvey was sent off for a second bookable offense.
