FC Dallas’ steady stream of youth talent production continued on Wednesday as the North Texas club signed Wake Forest midfielder Brandon Servania to a Homegrown Player contract, the 19th player in team history to do so.

The 5-foot-10, 160-pound midfielder started 20 games for Wake as a freshman last year, scoring three goals and 11 assists as the Demon Deacons won the Atlantic Coast Conference championship and reached the quarterfinals of the NCAA tournament.

A member of FCD’s academy since 2015, Servania was part of the Under-16 team that brought home the 2016 US Soccer Development Academy national championship and the U-18 team that captured the club’s first Gordon Jago Super Group title at the 2017 Dallas Cup.
