Days after setting the all-time MLS single-game and single-season attendance records on Sunday, Atlanta United might make more history on Thursday night.

Atlanta will open all 70,000+ seats at Mercedes-Benz Stadium for their Eastern Conference Knockout Round match against Columbus Crew SC on Thursday (7 pm ET; ESPN2, UniMas in the US | TSN4, TVAS in Canada). The club is expecting a full house, which would break the all-time MLS Cup Playoff attendance record of 61,316 set at MLS Cup 2002 at Gillette Stadium.

After playing the first part of their home schedule at Bobby Dodd Stadium, Atlanta United opened Mercedes-Benz Stadium in September. They’ve broken the all-time MLS single-game attendance record in both matches in which they opened the entire stadium, first against Orlando on Sept. 16 and again on Sunday when they drew 71,874 for their 2-2 draw with Toronto
