Sebastián Ramírez

A young prospect with a strong balance of aggression and defensive awareness, Ramírez has previously represented Colombia at the U-20 level.

The versatile defender is on loan with Whitecaps FC from Colombian side Fortaleza CEIF through June 2027. The loan agreement includes an option to purchase.

FORTALEZA CEIF

Ramírez is a product of Fortaleza CEIF’s youth academy and started 26 of his 46 appearances across all competitions for the club’s first team, scoring three goals.

INTERNATIONAL

On the international stage, Ramírez has previously represented Colombia at the U-20 level, recording four appearances.

YOUTH

In his youth, Ramírez spent time with local side Club Deportivo Escuéla Carlos Sarmiento Lora.
