Professional Career
2020 Real Monarchs: The fullback started all 10 of his appearances in 2020, totaling 900 minutes on the season. Powder’s one goal on the year was a free kick in a 4-1 win over Switchbacks FC on September 10, 2020. In addition, Powder added four assists.
2019 Real Monarchs: Powder continued to see success in USL Championship, making 30 appearances and 29 starts in his first regular-season with Real Monarchs. In that time the New Jersey native scored two goals before adding one more and two assists in the playoff run to the USL Championship Title win, the second title win in his career.
2018 Orange County SC: In 2018, Powder contributed in making Orange County SC the Western Conference leaders and taking the California side to the Western Conference Final. He also started in a U.S. Open Cup match against FC Golden State Force on May 17. Powder started in 16 of his 22 total appearances, recording three goals and two assists in 1,726 minutes along the way.
2016-2017 New York Red Bulls II: A product of the New York Red Bulls academy, Powder made his professional debut with New York Red Bulls II as a starter on March 26, 2016 in a 2-2 draw against Toronto FC II. His first two professional goals came in a 4-1 victory over Harrisburg City on September 7, 2016. In October, Powder helped the USLC side lift the 2016 USL Championship trophy with starts in two playoff games. In total, Powder played in 20 matches with 11 starts and two goals scored in 1,245 minutes.
International Career (Trinidad and Tobago)
2015-2016: Powder brings with him international experience having played for the Trinidad and Tobago U-17s and U-20s, making a total of 13 appearances and notching four goals between the two.
