Season Ending InjuryThe Honduran international joined Minnesota ahead of the 2022 season from C.D. Marathón of the Liga Nacional de Futbol Profesional de Honduras, after playing his entire professional career in his homeland. In 2022, Arriaga made 24 game appearances, including 22 starts. He scored his first MLS and MNUFC goal against the Chicago Fire on April 23, 2022.
Arriaga has over 100 domestic appearances between Marathon and Club Atletico Platense, where he made his professional debut. The defensive-midfielder scored 19 goals in league play and has five Concacaf League appearances, most recently in the 2021-2022 tournament where Arriaga played in four games and scored one goal.
INTERNATIONAL: Arriaga has developed into a consistent member of the Honduras National team with over 20 caps, including 12 World Cup Qualifier game appearances. The midfielder has two goals and two assists with the senior team since making his debut in October of 2020.
