It's time once again to imagine what might have been. While the Major League Soccer season has been on pause since March 12 due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, FIFA 20 has continued to enable us to indulge in an alternate reality.

Check out the video and recaps below to discover how Week 13's games could have gone and don't miss the standings at the bottom of this page to see which teams have been kings of FIFA.

Montreal Impact 1, San Jose Earthquakes 2

If these FIFA simulations give any indication to how things could've gone this year, Montreal fans might want to look away. Yet another loss has them continuing to drop down the Eastern Conference table. Losing 2-1 this week at home to a very beatable San Jose team shows just how unkind FIFA 20 has been to them.

Real Salt Lake 1, LA Galaxy 0

After Minnesota United, RSL has been by far the next best club in the MLS. Nick Besler scored the lone goal with his head to win it late for RSL. As for the LA Galaxy, with a respectable 19 points there is plenty of time to make up ground and climb toward the top of the Western Conference.

Vancouver Whitecaps 2, FC Dallas 4

The one-win Vancouver Whitecaps continue to drop games after another loss this week at the feet of FC Dallas. A -15 goal differential thus far for Vancouver has them wishing rising superstar Alphonso Davies was back in the squad to buff up that defense.

New England Revolution 1, Toronto FC 2

Toronto got back to their winning ways, picking up a big road win against New England. There isn't much separating teams in the Eastern Conference so far, with Toronto sitting both six points off the top spot and six points off the bottom of the standings.

New York Red Bulls 1, DC United 2

Still out with injury in the real world, Paul Arriola was the hero in this one for D.C. United as his late 89th-minute goal sealed the win in New Jersey. The Red Bulls were coming off some big wins, but this loss has them right back where they were toward the first quarter of the season.

Orlando City 2, Columbus Crew 3

Perhaps the biggest upset of the week and best goal of the week came in this Eastern Conference matchup. The Columbus Crew jump up to 6th place in the table with this win after sitting at the bottom for much of the first 10 weeks. Gyasi Zardes won it for Columbus with a scissor kick goal in the 73rd minute. Orlando City now has some work to do as multiple clubs are chasing them for their 2nd place spot.

Chicago Fire 1, FC Cincinnati 2

FC Cincinnati are making a statement this season in the FIFA 20 simulations after their disappointing inaugural season on the field last year. Another win has them only two points off top spot in the Eastern Conference. Bet you didn't think you'd be hearing those words in week 13.

Minnesota United 3, Portland Timbers 2

No surprises here. Another week, another Minnesota United win. They are by far the best MLS team in FIFA, continuing to prove it week after week. Will anyone be able to stop them?

Sporting KC 4, Seattle Sounders 1

The biggest win of the week saw Sporting KC triumphing by three goals over the Seattle Sounders. Sporting grabbed goals from Gerso, Alan Pulido, and Ilie Sanchez along with an own goal from Sounders 'keeper Stefan Frei. Seattle’s slip up costs them some big points as things are heating up at the top of the Western Conference.

Colorado Rapids 2, Philadelphia Union 0

Philadelphia falls in a huge match that now has Orlando City and FC Cincinnati within one game of overtaking them for the top spot in the Eastern Conference. Kei Kamara got back on the score sheet this week for Colorado as they rolled by Philly with ease.

LAFC 2, NYCFC 2

Our final matchup of the week saw an always intriguing LA vs. NYC clash. Two mid-table clubs in their respective conference would finish things off with a 2-2 draw. Nothing separating these two clubs in the only draw from Week 13 in MLS.
