PRO explains MLS Week 14 Video Review decisions in DC, Portland

On Friday the Professional Referee Organization released their latest edition of the Inside Video Review series, taking fans and the general public inside the process by which key VAR decisions were made in MLS Week 14 action in Portland and Washington, D.C.

The main incidents analyzed were the potential handball on D.C. United's Lucas Rodriguez just before he scored a goal vs. the Chicago Fire in those teams' wild 3-3 draw at Audi Field, and the angry confrontation between the Portland Timbers and LAFC in the latter side's 3-2 win on the debut of the revamped Providence Park.

The episode also explains the stories behind sequences in Atlanta and Portland that prompted VAR checks, but not full reviews. It's more key viewing for those interested in the nuts and bolts of Video Review.
