Fan poll - Aug 2020 - generic

The MLS is Back Tournament has had no shortage of standout performers, with the four semifinalists each riding the exploits of some of their game-breaking stars to the cusp of the final.

With the final stretch of the tournament upon us, we've selected four stars from each semifinalist for a debate: Which one would you want on your team today?

For the Philadelphia Union, the nominee is the youngster of the group in 19-year-old playmaker Brenden Aaronson, who has seen showcased some dynamic play at the center of the Union's attack. His pinpoint dime to set up teammate Sergio Santos for a goal in Philadelphia's 3-1 romp over Sporting Kansas City was one of the best assists of the tournament and a perfect example as to why he's seen his stock for an international transfer skyrocket.

For Portland, it's Sebastian Blanco, who has been all over the place in Orlando, dishing out five assists and scoring two more goals himself. The Argentine is in the best form of his MLS career at the moment, and is as big a reason as any the Timbers find themselves on game away from a final. Everyone knew about the pedigree of Nani when he joined Orlando City, but the 33-year-old former Manchester United star is also playing on another level during the tournament, helping fuel the Lions' Cinderella run.

Finally, there's Minnesota United's Jan Gregus, who is arguably overlooked as one of the best No. 8s in MLS, and has been a true linchpin in the midfield as the Loons have soared into the semis.
