Offseason begins Monday with two-day trade window for 2020 MLS season

MLS Cup has come and gone – Seattle beat Toronto, 3-1, for their second title in four years – and clubs around the league (including expansion sides Inter Miami and Nashville SC) already have the 2020 season on their minds.


The race for 2020 MLS Cup begins on Monday, as a two-day trade window opens at 1 pm ET. The window allows teams to sign and trade players following a 10-week roster freeze. The window will stay open until 8 pm ET on Wednesday. You can check out the entire offseason calendar here.


A few trades have already been completed including NashvilleacquiringDax McCarty and Dave Romney, as well as Inter Miami getting Victor Ulloa.


Seventeen trades were completed during this window last season, so we should expect plenty of fireworks over the next couple of days. Here are a few notable moves from this window ahead of the 2019 campaign:
