MLS Preseason 2020: Nashville SC roll 4-1 over Louisville City SC for first preseason victory

Randall Leal - Nashville SC - Preseason

Nashville SC picked up its first victory of the 2020 MLS preseason, scoring in the third minute and never looking back in a 4-1 result over USL Championship side Louisville City SC on Sunday.

Randall Leal scored the opener shortly after kickoff for Nashville, the second straight preseason game with a goal for the Costa Rican attacker.

Daniel Rios found Nashville's second of the day in the 15th minute, finishing off a feed from Alan Winn.

David Accam would add a third in the 66th minute via a penalty kick that was won by 2020 MLS SuperDraft pick Alistair Johnston, before Abu Danladi added another insurance tally with a breakaway finish in the game's waning moments.

The result moves Nashville SC to 1-1-1 this preseason after a 3-1 defeat to Chicago Fire FC on Feb. 6 and a 0-0 draw against Swedish side IF Elfsborg on Jan. 30. The club's next preseason match is set for Wednesday against the Montreal Impact.
