Goal of the Matchday

Cyle Larin's tic-tac-toe tap-in wins AT&T Goal of the Week for Week 12

A pretty passing sequence beat out a great individual effort in the fans' vote for AT&T Goal of the Week for Week 12.

Orlando City SC forward Cyle Larin was on the finishing end of a nifty buildup, being the fifth player to touch the ball when he tapped it in for the game-winning goal in the 87th minute Saturday against the Montreal Impact for the 2-1 Orlando victory.

Larin's goal beat out Darlington Nagbe's precise, curling free kick in the 82nd minute of Portland Timbers' 4-2 victory Sunday over Vancouver Whitecaps to take the honor. Larin had advanced to the final of the voting after beating out two separate New York Red Bulls' efforts – by Dax McCarty and Bradley Wright-Phillips – in the first two rounds.
