They may be the second best team in the MLS regular season after being nipped by the New York Red Bulls for the Supporters' Shield on Decision Day, but MLS fans still think Atlanta United have the best chance of winning MLS Cup 2018.
A total of 27 percent of bracket entries in the Audi 2018 MLS Cup Playoffs Bracket Challenge have the Five Stripes winning it all, compared to the 19 percent crowning the New York Red Bulls.
The Eastern Conference powerhouses are the clear favorites, but the top candidate to win MLS Cup from the Western Conference is also a No. 2 seed, according to the fans: They give the Seattle Sounders (16 percent) a better shot at winning the league title than the West's top seed Sporting Kansas City (13 percent).
