Gianluca Busio - Sporting Kansas City

Three MLS Homegrown players lead a group of 24 called in to camp for the US Under-17 national team for a series of friendlies against India and Norway at the FACSA Sports Centre in Benicassim, Spain, as part of the 2018 Sportchain Cup.

George Bello (Atlanta United), Gianluca Busio (Sporting Kansas City) and Gilbert Fuentes (San Jose Earthquakes) will join another 12 MLS academy products as the US challenge India on April 16 and 19, as well as Norway on April 17 and 21.

Head coach John Hackworth's roster includes 11 players who participated in the 2017 CONCACAF U-15 Championship last August, finishing second in the tournament. Also notable are the inclusion of New York City FC academy players Tayvon Gray, Andres Jasson, Joe Scally and Giovanni Reyna (son of NYCFC Sporting Director and former US international Claudio); the group were part of the team that defeated Real Madrid at this year's Generation adidas Cup in Frisco, Texas.
