TRANSFER TRACKER STATUS: Signing
The 21-year-old previously joined LA Galaxy II on loan in 2019 before spending part of the 2020 season on loan at the MLS level. In six appearances (one start) for LA, Harvey logged 104 minutes.
"Carlos is a young player who performed well with LA Galaxy II and helped provide depth for the first team last season," general manager Dennis te Kloese said in a release. "At 21 years old, we are confident that Carlos will continue to develop as a player in an MLS environment. This signing will provide depth for us in the midfield and will serve as an investment towards the future. We look forward to him remaining with our club."
Harvey made his debut with Tauro FC in July 2018, then made 19 starts for LA Galaxy II in 2019 to place on the USL's 20 Under 20 list.
The midfielder has made one appearance with Panama’s national team. He also prominently featured for Panama at the FIFA U-20 World Cup in 2019, helping his country advance past the group stage for the first time in the tournament’s history.
