It's been a big week for US national team fullback Sergino Dest, whose move to Barcelona captured headlines around the soccer world, but there's probably one moment he'd like to take back.
As is customary with new signings at Barcelona, Dest was brought out onto the Camp Nou pitch to do a few tricks for the cameras, but things didn't quite go according to plan on a drizzly day:
Not to worry, though — and not that it really has any bearing on his Barça career either way — Dest eventually found his feet and showed off some slick footwork:
Dest also faced the Barcelona press corps for the first time since his lucrative move from Ajax, discussing his feelings on the move to one of the world's biggest clubs, his role model at the right back position and, of course, his excitement at playing with one of the game's all-time great players in Lionel Messi.
