MLS Disciplinary Committee suspends Seattle's Ruidiaz, Montreal's Quioto and fines five others

The MLS Disciplinary Committee issued two suspensions as part of a series of Week 12 and Week 13 decisions, which also included an additional five player fines for other actions.
