Gonzalo Higuain looks to be on his way out at Juventus and if so, the LA Galaxy are reportedly a potential landing spot.

Italian reporter Nicolo Schira tweeted there’s a chance the 32-year-old Argentine striker could be exiting Juventus soon and there’s no shortage of potential suitors in Europe and a possible return to River Plate, his first professional club.

Though Higuain's contract with Juventus runs until 2021, the Italian giants, who just wrapped their 2019-20 campaign after falling in the Champions League, are reportedly looking to part ways with several high-earning players. One of those players, Blaise Matuidi, already appears to be on his way to MLS with Inter Miami.

Should Higuain, who scored 48 goals in 105 appearances with Juventus and also spent time on loan at AC Milan and Chelsea, opt to join his brother Federico in Major League Soccer, Schira noted the LA Galaxy his likely destination. The younger Higuain has also scored 31 times in 75 all-time appearances for Argentina and appeared in three World Cups for the Albiceleste.

The Galaxy would probably have to do major work to find a way for Higuain on their roster. The club already have three Designated Players in Javier "Chicharito" Hernandez, Jonathan dos Santos and Cristian Pavon
