Inter Miami news: forward Julian Carranza out 10-12 weeks with left foot injury, per sporting director Paul McDonough. Injured it Jan.30, estimated return 12 wks from then. @MiamiHerald @HeraldSports @InterMiamiCF @MLS #MLS— Michelle Kaufman (@kaufsports) February 10, 2020
Announced alongside fellow teenager Matias Pellegrini as the club's first signings, Carranza joined Miami after breaking through with Argentine club Banfield, where he already made 46 appearances.
Without Carranza, minutes may open up for the likes of No. 1 SuperDraft selection Robbie Robinson and former USMNT attackers Juan Agudelo and Jerome Kiesewetter. Miami continue to chase attackers to use their remaining two Designated Player spots on as well.
Inter debut in MLS on March 1 on the road against LAFC.
