MLS Preseason 2020: FC Cincinnati win it late on Fatai Alashe's rebound effort

Fatai Alashe - solo - dribbling

Fatai Alashe put away a rebound of Tommy McCabe's free kick nine minutes from time to lift FC Cincinnati to a 1-0 victory over El Paso Locomotive FC on Wednesday and prevent manager Ron Jans' men from a second consecutive scoreless preseason performance.

Alashe's strike helps Cincy rebound following a 4-0 loss to Sporting Kansas City and ends the club's three-game Arizona trip on a positive note with a second win against USL Championship opposition.

Next up is three more games at the IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla., beginning with a match against Eastern Conference foes Philadelphia Union in a week's time.
