Are Sporting Kansas City in the market for another striker?
According to a report from Mondo Sports, SKC have made an offer for Red Star Belgrade striker Richmond Boakye. That comes on the heels of a club-record transfer fee for Chivas Guadalajara forward Alan Pulido last week.

The bid is reportedly for $2.7 million for the 26-year-old Ghanaian, who has 41 goals in 51 league games as well as another dozen in Europa and Champions League competition.
Boakye began his professional career in Italy, competing for Genoa, Juventus, Atalanta and Latina, as well as loan stints with Sassuolo, Elche and Roda.
He went to Red Star Belgrade on loan in 2017 before transferring to Jiangsu Suning in the Chinese Super League before returning to the Serbian powerhouse in Aug. 2018.
