TRANSFER TRACKER STATUS: Report
Adam Lallana has carved out a career as a hard-working English midfielder capable of adding attacking contributions to his team's cause, and a new report suggests he could bring those talents to MLS.
The Telegraph reported on Sunday that Lallana, whose contract with Liverpool will run out at the end of the 2019-20 season, will be offered a new deal by his current club, but the player will also have offers from MLS and China to consider.
The 31-year-old is one of Liverpool's longest-tenured players at present. Lallana began his career at Southampton, becoming a vital player there, before making the switch to Liverpool, and while injuries and new additions to the squad have limited his appearances in recent seasons, he was part of the squad that won the UEFA Champions League last year, and racked up 34 England caps between 2013-18.
The report doesn't indicate which MLS team or teams are looking at Lallana.
