Panama name 5 MLSers to 2019 Gold Cup roster

Panama have included five MLS-based players in their final 23-man roster for the 2019 Concacaf Gold Cup.

Los Canaleros have called in Montreal Impact striker Omar Browne, New York Red Bulls fullback Michael Murillo, Seattle Sounders veteran Roman Torres and the San Jose Earthquakes duo of Harold Cummings and Anibal Godoy as they seek to improve on their third-place run in the 2015 edition of the tournament and 2013’s impressive runners-up finish.

Drawn into Group D, Panama open their Gold Cup campaign vs. Trinidad & Tobago on June 18, then meet Guyana in Cleveland on June 22 and close out the group stage vs. the United States at Sporting Kansas City's Children's Mercy Park four days later.
