Who will be the next FC Cincinnati coach and when will they get hired?

That answer comes after the club brings in their new general manager.

The Athletic reports the club has been in the interviewing process for several months. Jeff Berding, who has been the club’s president and general manager since the founding of the club in the summer of 2015, will remain with the club as the president and will remain in charge of the business side of the club.

The new GM will report to Berding and be installed above technical director Luke Sassano, according to Kristian Dyer, who reported that at halftime of the MSG Network broadcast of the New York Red Bulls-Montreal Impact game on May 8.

Assistant coach Yoann Damet was elevated to interim head coach after the club dismissed Alan Koch last Tuesday.
