Watch: Minnesota fans sing Wonderwall after first win at Allianz Field

Minnesota United FC and their supporters waited several years for their own stadium, and had to wait until the third game at Allianz Field to clinch their first win. But when they defeated D.C. United on Sunday behind Angelo Rodriguez's late goal, they finally got to sing Wonderwall for the first time at their new home.

Sunday's win extended the club's unbeaten streak at Allianz Field three straight, and marked the first time the Loons kept clean sheets in consecutive matches since they joined MLS. Minnesota opened its new stadium on April 13 with a 3-3 draw with NYCFC, and earlier in the week played to a scoreless draw with the LA Galaxy

The popular Oasis song "Wonderwall" has been a staple in Minnesota soccer culture since 2011, and is sung by supporters following home wins. More on the story behind the song can be found here
