Morris set up one goal and then scored a second for Seattle inside the opening 15 minutes of Saturday's match at the Chicago Fire, which they would go on to win, 4-2 to give the Sounders their first 3W-0L-0D start in MLS since 2009.
After missing all of 2018 with a torn ACL, Morris now has three goals and an assist so far after hitting a brace in the Sounders' home opener two weeks ago, with his play earning him a call back into the US national team's upcoming camp.
"When I was rehabbing, that was a big focus of mine to get back healthy and make my way back in the [USMNT] squad," Morris said postgame. "So I'm really excited."
