Houston Dynamo's Memo Rodriguez takes AT&T Goal of the Week for Week 2

It was a photo finish in the AT&T Goal of the Week poll for Week 2 of the 2019 MLS regular season, as Houston Dynamo Homegrown midfielder Memo Rodriguez edged ahead of the pack to capture the crown.

Rodriguez scored the equalizer from distance as Houston went on to win 2-1 over the Montreal Impact on Saturday, canceling out a shock opener from the visitors at BBVA Compass Stadium.

Rodriguez tabbed 31 percent of the vote in Week 2, just beating out FC Cincinnati winger Roland Lamah, whose equalizer in a 1-1 draw for his side's first-ever point in MLS garnered 30 percent. Behind that duo was FC Dallas' Bryan Acosta (22 percent), Montreal's Saphir Taider, who scored the opener in Houston (10 percent) and LAFC'sCarlos Vela (7 percent).
