Sporting Kansas City topped 2018 USL Championship finalist Phoenix Rising FC 3-2 after 150 minutes of preseason action played on Phoenix's home field.

The 150 minutes were split into two 75-minute scrimmages and Sporting KC are now a perfect 4W-0L-0D in preseason with one match remaining against fellow Concacaf Champions League participants Houston Dynamo on Wednesday, Feb. 13 at the Kino Sports Complex in Tucson, Arizona.

Liga MX side Toluca will be waiting on the other side of preseason with a Concacaf Champions League Round of 16 series beginning Feb. 21 at Children's Mercy Park.

Among the goal scorers against Phoenix was 16-year-old Tyler Freeman, a Sporting KC Homegrown signing, who netted his second of the preseason.

Veteran right back Graham Zusi also appears to be hitting form with this curling free kick that netted his team's second goal of the night in Phoenix:
