TRANSFER TRACKER STATUS: Waived
Orlando City SC have waived fullback RJ Allen, the club announced Wednesday. He is currently 15th player from last season who won't be returning in 2019.
Allen made 18 appearances for the Lions in 2018, his lone season with the club, including 10 starts. The New Jersey native spent the first three seasons of his career with NYCFC, where made 53 appearances, before heading to Orlando last year.
This offseason, Orlando added fullbacks Danilo Acosta, Joao Moutinho, Kyle Smith and Ruan.
Orlando open their 2019 campaign against NYCFC on March 2.
