Could former Portuguese international defensive midfielder Miguel Veloso be making his way to MLS for 2019?
The 32-year-old, who currently plays for Genoa in Italy's Serie A, is leaning towards moving to MLS after rejecting an offer from Italian side Frosinone, according to Football Italia.
Veloso began his career in Portugal with Sporting CP, making 147 appearances for the club, adding 13 goals and 13 assists. He then moved to Genoa for two seasons before signing for Russian side Dynamo Kyiv in 2012. He spent four years in Kiev until he returned to Genoa in 2016. He has made eight appearances for the club this season.
