Report: Bayern finalizing $1.25m deal for FC Dallas' Chris Richards

Already on loan at Bayern Munich, FC Dallas defender Chris Richards may be making his stay with the German giants permanent.

According to Ives Galarcep of Goal.com, Bayern is finalizing a $1.25 million deal for the US U-20 international. Dan Hunt, FCD president, said that Richards had not been sold after the report came out on Wednesday.

Richards, 18, signed a Homegrown contract with FCD in April but was unable to be rostered due to MLS rules. The club loaned him to Bayern's U-19 side and has impressed the club's decision-makers to aim for the move to be made permanent.
