An unusual occurrence took place at Banc of California Stadium on Friday night: It rained.
The rain during the LAFC vs. Houston Dynamo game at the venue brought with it severe weather, which delayed the match in the 36th minute. Three minutes earlier, the Dynamo took the lead through Mauro Manotas.
Teams began warming up at 12:13 am ET, and resumed play at 12:29 am, for a delay of one hour and 44 minutes.
