As if scoring his first MLS hat trick on Sunday amid a torrid scoring run of 12 goals in his last eight starts wasn't enough, Zlatan Ibrahimovic decided to lend a helping hand to the LA Galaxy's ticket sales department for a hilarious video.
Is there really anything else you need to know?
Ibrahimovic called Galaxy season ticket holder Ernesto to congratulate him for renewing and to see how he was doing.
"Ernesto? This is Zlatan Ibrahimovic," the Galaxy striker-turned-ticket-representative opened the cold call with. "I heard you renewed your season tickets -- are you happy?"
That probably was a rhetorical question. Ibrahimovic seemed quite sure of Ernesto's happiness.
"I call to congratulate you and to tell you that you will not be disappointed, my friend," Ibrahimovic said matter-of-factly. "I will give you a lot of joy, happiness and goals. Is there something else you want? MLS Cup? That I will bring to you also, don't worry."
While those are a few grandiose promises, would you doubt the validity of a Zlatan Ibrahimovic personal guarantee? Didn't think so.
