Report: Zlatan Ibrahimovic "tempted" by possible move to LA Galaxy

With Zlatan Ibrahimovic's future with Manchester United all but decided, it appears the player is weighing up the option of playing for the LA Galaxy.

The Swedish striker, who returned from a severe knee injury this year but hasn't played in competitive action for the Red Devils in over two months and is expected to move on at season's end, explained that he finds the prospect of an MLS move "tempting."

“I did not know that several Swedes went to MLS,” Ibrahimovic told Swedish reporters recently, as quoted by The Telegraph. “That means it’s tempting to play in the United States.

“Los Angeles is a nice city and I’ve been there a lot on vacation. It is laid back. I think it’s rumors all the time [about my future]. When I play and when I do not play it is rumors. That’s good, that means I live.”

The Galaxy, who have been linked to Ibrahimovic for several months, won their opening game 2-1 in the 2018 MLS regular season on Sunday night over the Portland Timbers.
