With seven coaching changes made across MLS in 2017, the highest number in a single year in MLS history, a long list of newcomers are set to steer teams into the new season.


But the name of the league's longest-tenured boss remains the same: Peter Vermes, the former US national team star who has helmed Sporting Kansas City for nearly a decade.
